Technical Specifications of Bimetallic Barrel

In the cylinder inner wall, casting a 2-3mm alloy layer which is wear resistant, corrosion resistant and high temperature. The lifespan of bimetallic barrel and screw will be greatly improved than ordinary nitriding cylinder, especially for processing engineering plastics, fluorine plastic, polysulfone, PPO special plastic.
