2. Design and configuration characteristic for OMEGA 25-3D Filament Extruder Machine:

1) Targeted design of the core components for the extruder to achieve low shear on material but still have high mixing and plasticizing capacity, can ensure that the extruder has an excellent specific flow;

2) The length to diameter ratio of 20 to be chosen, because it is suitable for both filament and granulation, for an extruder that needs higher plasticizing capacity and a higher back pressure which can be established in front of the head, meanwhile the material extrusion pressure is more uniform under the periodic rotation push by the screw;

3) The main motor adopts the German Siemens Bader brand and ABB governor to achieve accurate and reliable frequency conversion mode to accurately control the size of the filament requirements. The main motor adopts frequency conversion control instead of DC control, which is also to consider the requirements of filament extrusion.  

4) Equipped with high-end Japanese OMRON brand temperature control meter to achieve accurate control of material temperature;

5) Most of the electrical parts are using the German SCHNEIDER brand to ensure the high reliability and high stability in the extruder operation process.
