The conical twin screw extruder is particularly useful for manufacturing plastic profile products using high calcium PVC powder as the raw material. Compared to a conventional single screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder, the anisotropic conical twin-screw extruder has a large, unique feeding area, a high compression ratio, a higher shear and mixing efficiency for material in the longitudinal and transverse axis, and better plasticizing characteristics.
