A. Design Concept and Configuration Features of OMEGA 20/40 Micro-conical Twin Extruder
A different direction cone twin-screw extruder with positive 8-character displacement is designed, and a reasonable screw design is more conducive to the full dispersion and distribution of each component of the material. Under the special pressure of the cone double extruder, it is more favorable for the molding of powdery polymer materials.

1. Power System

2.4 The product design adopts the Chinese ZBJ19009-88 standard technical specification, the gear and the shaft type parts adopt one kind of high strength alloy steel material, the gear manufacture precision conforms to Chinese GB10095-88, of 6 grade precision with hardness HRC 60 tooth. The output shaft end is equipped with a super-specification thrust bearing to withstand the rear thrust of the screw. Bearing, oil seal and other main standard parts are domestic high-quality products. The transmission box has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.

3.4 Screw material and hardening: Made form nitridable steel 38CrMoAl, The hardness ofnitration case is 950~1020HV and its depth is 0.50mm~0.80mm.

5. Temperature Control System
5.1 Instrument automatic control way, using Huibang brand temperature control meters that whth an accurate temperature measurement, temperature control accuracy is ±2℃.
5.2 The barrel is equipped with 3 sections of temperature control and the die is equipped with 2 sections of temperature control to be reserved.
5.3 The barrel is heated by the mica heaters with outer stainless steel plate, small and beautiful appearance, large cooling air volume, high cooling efficiency and low noise.
Heating power 2.2KW, power supply by 2- AC220V, 50Hz.
5.4 Barrel equipped with domestic high-quality brand centrifugal fan, power 120W/Section.
